Apple Cake
Equipment
- mixing bowl
- bundt cake pan
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil (like canola)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups chopped apples
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Place in a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 1 hour.
