  1. I need an office supply item ordered, how do I go about that?
    Requesting the order of an office supply is easy! You can do this in a few different ways. You can either fill out the Office/Cleaning Supply Request Form , leave the empty package/container in the items to be ordered box on top of the filing cabinet next to the lockbox in the offices, or you can send Parker an email.  
  2. I have questions about purchasing….
    For purchasing questions, check out the “Purchasing FAQ”.
  3. Where do I find….
    A comprehensive list of supplies and their locations is listed here. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Ask Parker!
  4. I need to change my direct deposit information, how do I do that?
    To change your direct deposit information, just fill out this form and return it to Parker. 

  5. There is a patron who wants to make a donation of book or other physical item, what do I tell them?
    Simple! Give the patron this form. This also includes a basic explanation of our donation of items policy.
