Can I borrow if I don’t live in Chatham?

Reciprocal and Open Borrowing

Patrons from other Main Library Alliance libraries may use their home library card for borrowing at Library of the Chathams.

Patrons from MUF (Morris-Union Federation) libraries may register their home library cards at the front desk. The MUF libraries outside of the Main Library Alliance are New Providence, Summit, and Berkeley Heights.

With a green Open Borrowing sticker on their home library card, patrons from participating libraries in LMxAC (Middlesex), PALS Plus (Passaic), and SWELL (Sussex/Warren) can register to use Library of the Chathams.
