Salvatore Santoro, retired attorney with a degree from Fordham University Law School, will discuss the U.S. Constitution and how it applies to issues such as impeachment, the Electoral College, and federal v state government jurisdictions.  A question and answer session will follow the lecture.  Please join us Monday, September 30 at 7 pm.   You may sign up online or call the library at 973-635-0603.
