Master Gardener, Gail Di Domenico will discuss the basics of what, why, when, and how to prune your trees and shrubs, what tools to use and their care and when to consult with a professional. Learn how to shear hedges, deadhead flowering shrubs, and perennials; how and when to pinch back and cut down your herbaceous perennials. Chatham Middle School 8th grader Manaal Qureshi will teach children how to code using our new Sony KOOV coding blocks. Young innovators will use their imagination to build and program vehicles, cameras, animals, etc. and bring them to life with the help of sensors.
