Yoga for Teens

Grades 8 to 12                        Limit: 12 students

Angie Oberhelman, LPC and owner of Stress and Emotional Wellness Counseling, will offer yoga classes for teenagers.  Ms. Oberhelman will guide you through poses (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation (focusing) to help you feel calm and energized.  She incorporates yoga in her therapy with teens and adults.  Mats, blocks and straps will be provided.  Wear comfortable clothing so you can move easily in the poses.  Put your troubles aside, relieve some stress, build self-esteem and have fun!

This is a series of 4 classes on Thursdays, January 11, 18 & 25 and February 1.  You may attend one or more classes.

Registration is required and opens two weeks prior to each class.
