Library of the Chathams Receives $150,000 Grant from Investors Foundation The Library of the Chathams has received a $150,000 grant from Investors Foundation to help fund the library’s Bridging Space to Place renovation project.  Fundamental improvements of this venture will include more space for children’s programming, an area for teens to study and interact, a room for STEM programs, workspace for entrepreneurs to collaborate, meeting space for community organizations, and a larger and more suitable location for local history materials. … Continue reading

Bridging Space to Place with the RMR Project (Renovate, Modernize, Reorganize) The library Board of Trustees has commissioned plans to reorganize space within the existing building footprint. Investors Foundation Grant to Friends Published on: July 16, 2018

Investors Bank Manager Greg Schmidt presented a $5,000 grant to Friends of the Library of the Chathams President Debbie Fabian and Library Director Karen Brodsky in June 2018.  The funds will go toward the Bridging Space to Place project.
